Church polity will often determine leadership's strategy and position on how the ministry will approach this challenge. Regardless of leadership style and implementation, incorporating all segments of the congregation is an ongoing challenge.
Our Approach
We believe that those in the second half of life should be trained and have an expectation to exemplify a level of maturity and responsibility based on scripture. Hebrews 5:12–14 and 1 Corinthians 3:2 express expectations of maturity.
The focus of FreeBirds consulting is to come alongside and help you incorporate an expectation and strategy for different expectations within your congregation so the family will be healthy and proper expectations can be set and reinforced with a process and structure that will facilitate a healthy ministry.
